No. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (typically major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and accelerated checkout options such as Shop Pay where available).

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a dispatch email once your order ships (with tracking where available).

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has already been dispatched, changes may not be possible (returns may still apply).

Can I update my delivery address after ordering?

Contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Once dispatched, changes may be limited.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship across the United Kingdom, and most products are available internationally. Availability is shown automatically at checkout.

Why can’t I ship some items internationally?

Some products have shipping restrictions by destination. Where restrictions apply, checkout will notify you.

Charava supplements (UK-only)

Due to shipping and regulatory considerations, Charava supplements are available for UK delivery only. If you enter a non-UK address, checkout will block these items from shipping internationally.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch:

UK

  • Standard: typically 2–5 business days

  • Express (where available): typically 1–2 business days

Europe

  • Standard: typically 5–10 business days

  • Express (where available): typically 3–5 business days

United States / Canada / Australia

  • Standard: typically 7–15 business days

  • Express (where available): typically 5–8 business days

Rest of World

  • Standard: typically 10–20 business days

International deliveries may take longer due to customs processing, carrier networks, weather events, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays). You’ll receive a dispatch email once shipped.

Will I get tracking?

If a tracked service is available, we’ll email you a tracking link/number after dispatch. Tracking updates vary by carrier and destination.

Can my order arrive in more than one parcel?

Yes. If items ship from different fulfilment locations, they may arrive separately. You’ll receive separate dispatch/tracking emails where available.

My parcel is delayed — what should I do?

Email us with your order number and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product(s) plus your order number. We’ll help resolve it quickly.

International Orders (Customs, Duties & Taxes)

Will I have to pay customs fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees depending on your country.

Where available, duties/taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout. Otherwise, these charges may be collected on delivery by the carrier or local customs authority.

These charges are outside our control and are the customer’s responsibility. We can’t mark orders as “gift” or undervalue items for customs purposes.


Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

What is your returns policy?

Returns and refunds are handled in line with UK consumer rights and our store policy. Full details are available in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy (UK).

UK legal right to cancel (cooling-off period)

UK customers usually have a legal right to cancel eligible online orders within 14 days of receiving goods (with exceptions for certain sealed/hygiene items once unsealed).

Do you offer a 30-day return window?

Yes — for most eligible items, returns can be made within 30 days if items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging with labels intact.

What items can’t be returned once opened?

For health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of certain items once opened/unsealed (unless faulty), including:

  • opened supplements/vitamins (seal broken)

  • opened skincare/grooming/personal-care products

  • opened food & beverages (coffee/tea and similar consumables)

Important: For hygiene/health reasons, please do not open sealed supplements or personal-care items unless you’re sure you’re keeping them.

How do I start a return?

Email us with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We’ll reply with the return instructions and address.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received (or proof of return where applicable), refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank/card provider may take additional time to show funds.

Are your products suitable for everyone?

Supplements: any precautions?
