Where do you ship?

We ship across the United Kingdom, and most products can be shipped internationally (availability is shown automatically at checkout).

Important: Due to shipping and regulatory considerations, Charava supplements are UK-only.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order is dispatched:

UK: typically 2–5 business days (express options may appear at checkout)
Europe: typically 5–10 business days
US / Canada / Australia: typically 7–15 business days
Rest of World: typically 10–20 business days

Customs processing may affect international delivery times.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays).
You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order ships.

Will I get tracking?

If a tracked service is available, you’ll receive a tracking link/number in your dispatch email.

Customs, duties & taxes (international)
