Can I return my order?

Yes — returns are available in line with UK consumer rights and our store policy.

Change of mind
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • unopened / unused

  • in original packaging with labels intact

UK legal right to cancel (online orders)
UK customers usually have 14 days from receiving goods to cancel an online order, even if the item is not faulty.
This right has exceptions for certain sealed or hygiene-sensitive items once opened.


What can’t be returned?

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened/unsealed, unless they are faulty:

  • opened supplements / vitamins (seal broken)

  • opened skincare, grooming, or personal-care products

  • opened food & beverage items (e.g. coffee, tea, and similar consumables)

Tip: For hygiene and health reasons, please do not open sealed supplements or personal-care items unless you’re sure you’re keeping them.


Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • photos of the product and packaging (where relevant)

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


How do I start a return?
