Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email. If tracking is available, it will include a tracking number/link.

I didn’t receive a tracking email

Please check:

• your spam/junk folder

• the email address used at checkout

• whether the order has shipped yet (processing typically takes 1–2 business days, Mon–Fri)

My tracking hasn’t updated

Tracking updates depend on the carrier and destination. Some services update less frequently, especially for international shipments.
If your tracking hasn’t moved for several days, email us and we’ll help.
